** Parking **: Open on sides of building or around the back of the building. Parking on Presidential Drive is designated for Greenville Place Apartments only. Please do NOT park in the cul-de sac in front of the Towers; this is a fire lane and subject to tow at your expense.
Directions: From Points North: Take I-95 South to Exit 7 B, Delaware Avenue/Route 52 North exit. Make a right at the light. Get into your left lane. When the road forks, stay left and continue traveling north on Pennsylvania Avenue/Route 52 North. Travel approximately 2.7 miles to traffic light with Shell Gas Station on your left. Make a left at the light into Greenville Place, follow straight on Presidential Drive, The towers will be on the right hand side around the bend. See Below:
From Points South: Take I-95 North to Exit 7, Delaware Avenue. Make a left at the 4th light – it is a dead end (Stay in left lane). When the road forks, stay left and continue traveling north on Pennsylvania Avenue/Route 52 North. Travel approximately 2.7 miles to traffic light with Shell Gas Station on your left. Make a left at the light into Greenville Place, follow straight on Presidential Drive, The towers will be on the right hand side around the bend.
Pass the 2nd tower and turn right to go behind the tower. Park in back and enter at the ground level entrance. Once in vestibule, keypad is on wall on right.
REAR Door Access: (Please press the number sign first (#) then 5719)
Your keys will be left in your apartment on the counter, there will also be a key in the bedroom door & the doors will be unlocked. You will not need the Door Access code after your first entrance as you will have keys & fobs that will get you through the front door in the future.
