Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center's Emergency Department treats over 55,000 patients per year, including 12% pediatric visits, and has a 30% admission rate, making it comparable to major urban center programs.

Our Emergency Medicine Residency is designed to prepare graduates for ABEM certification. To support this goal, the curriculum provides residents with the knowledge and skills to rapidly evaluate and treat patients of all levels of acuity.
